Cambridgeshire CoC Primary logo 2013The full extent of the benefits of social media in trade and commerce is only now being realised. As a marketing tool it is already successfully changing the way buying decisions are made. The effective use of social media in the sales process is also growing and will transform the way we transact business across the globe.

Maersk, the container shipping company, has become an acknowledged leader in the use of social technologies. And Jonathan Wichmann, the man who led Maersk’s transforming programme, will be giving the keynote address at the forthcoming Making Social Media Work for your Business event being held at The Moller Centre in Cambridge on Tuesday 10 June. Jonathan will be supported by a group of speakers experienced in social technologies and their application in global trade.

Soon the use of social technologies will be essential for all business. Click here to learn more about this programme and how to register your place. Space is limited, so be quick!

This important symposium is being organised by the Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce’s International and Communications Sectors and UKTI, and as one of the sponsors, we’d love to see you there!
