Our business development took a new direction this spring with the help of our local branch of the UKTI. UK Trade & Investment staff are experts in helping UK-based companies with their international growth, providing them with expert trade advice and practical support.
After an initial meeting with our International Trade Advisor, we were immediately able to join a trade mission to the United Nations in Geneva. We met with various organisations in the UN family and received excellent help and advice on how to become a UN supplier. We are now exploring our potential marketplace in Germany, with the continued support of the UKTI in both the UK and Germany. We have also been introduced to a number of businesses in our local area and look forward to continuing and improving these relationships.
If you are looking to further expand your business overseas, the UKTI is a good place to start. Take a look at their website: www.ukti.gov.uk . And, of course, if you need translation or interpreting help in your endeavours, give us a call!
